We’re a food tech startup, with ambitions to be the premier global supplier of cluster bean protein ingredients derived from guar meal.
Some years ago, we discovered that guar meal, the by-product of guar gum production, is a significant global source of quality protein fed to animals. Forward to today, CoryPro is processing guar meal into protein concentrates and isolates, ingredients that meet the needs of today’s plant protein users.
To date we’re self funded, and seeking our first outside investment to establish CoryPro as the premier supplier of these exciting new protein ingredients.

I’ve worked for thirty+ years in the food and nutrition business, with a specialty in the sales and marketing of protein ingredients. Forming this company and stepping into this CEO role, I’m ready to apply my expertise and make this extraordinary protein source readily accessible to the food and nutrition industry worldwide
