We’re a food tech startup, with ambitions to be the premier global supplier of cluster bean protein ingredients derived from guar meal.
Some years ago, we discovered that guar meal, the by-product of guar gum production, is a significant global source of quality protein fed to animals. Forward to today, CoryPro is processing guar meal into protein concentrates and isolates, ingredients that meet the needs of today’s plant protein users.
To date we’re self funded, and seeking our first outside investment to establish CoryPro as the premier supplier of these exciting new protein ingredients.
The Team
I’ve worked on many plant protein projects, including soy, chickpea, pea and others, developing the processing, designing and building and commissioning plants, I’m excited to be working with cluster proteins: It meets all the requirements of the marketplace and is poised to play an import part in meeting our diet’s protein needs.
